Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID. CubeSolver AI cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. Step-by-step instructions are provided in the Terms of Service cancellation guide.
If you have previously subscribed but the App does not recognize your premium status (for example, after reinstalling the App or switching devices):
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have access to refund processing.
The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers. To avoid being charged, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The Yearly plan does not include a free trial.
Open the iOS Settings app, scroll to CubeSolver AI, and enable Camera access. Re-launch the App after changing the permission.
CubeSolver AI does not require an account. Your premium subscription is tied to your Apple ID and the device identifier shown in the App. To request data access or deletion, email [email protected] with that device identifier so we can locate your records.
